The first of two consecutive Saturday volunteer orientations was yesterday from 9:30 - 11am. Marcus, Vv, and Kathleen covered the basic information about the event, safety procedures, and field layout before volunteers split up to meet with their area captains and receive specific details and instructions for their areas. The next volunteer orientation will be the day before the event, April 18, from 3 - 4:30 pm. (We are still in need of volunteers, so please click on the link below to sign up!)
At noon the Ensemble members regrouped at the studio for the last Ensemble session before the big event next Sunday. We each went through our to-do lists for the coming week and offered each other suggestions and questions. We covered a lot of ground in this meeting and we're all very positive and excited for
